3) The purpose of the processing is registration to SAMO 2025

SALES CONDITIONS

This conference is organized by Inria Grenoble Rhône-Alpes. It will be held from April 23 to 25, 2025 on the Saint Martin d’Hères campus (38).
Participants will register online via a registration form accessible to all on the conference website.

Registration fees include:
- Access to conference sessions from April 23 to 25
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches from Thursday to Friday
- Cocktail reception on the evening of April 23 (registration required)
- Gala dinner on the evening of the 24th (upon registration)

Participants are responsible for their own travel costs to and from the event, as well as accommodation.

Accepted payment methods:
• The preferred method of payment is payment by credit card.
• Registration fees for Inria agents will be made by Inria internal transfer
• Bank transfer and purchase order will be accepted.

Cash settlement is not accepted.

In case of payment by purchase order, the transfer corresponding to this type of payment must reach the organizer within a maximum of one month after the event, i.e. by May 25, 2025 at the latest.

• CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests must reach the organizer by April 4, 2025 at the latest, by e-mail to samo2025@aleou.fr
No refund will be made after this date except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Inria organisers.

Special case: cancellations related to the health crisis:
In case of cancellation related to the health crisis, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
